The seller must always deliver the certificates of the relevant batch of eggs to EggsTrader. In the case of an agreement, the seller will receive instructions for the delivery thereof.
EggsTrader ensures that the certificates reach the buyer. Once this process has been completed, the money will be distributed to the seller.

An ad from a foreign provider is constructed in the same way as an ad from a provider from your own country: you will see the price, including EggsTrader commission.
If you import a product from abroad, you may have to pay import duties and VAT. This is handled by customs.

The selling price of a batch of eggs comprises several components. In the first place the price offered for the batch itself. In addition, there may also be costs for VAT. This is clearly stated in the advertisement.
We always charge an EggsTrader commission. This is set at:
€ 0.075 per 100 eggs or € 0.0125 per kg
After you have clicked on the green ‘buy’ button, we ask you to agree to the terms and conditions and the transaction. You then enter a digital signature and you will receive a code by SMS on the mobile phone number known to us. This is done for your and our safety and as a verification.
After this you transfer the purchase price. Your money will remain securely in a reserve account after transfer, until the eggs have been collected. If you have any questions, you can always contact EggsTrader.
After you have transferred the money to the third-party account, the seller will receive an email to confirm the sale. Once the seller has confirmed you will receive information by email about where you can collect the eggs and you can choose the date when you wish to collect the eggs (these are dates that the seller has selected in the ad). As soon as the buyer has chosen the date of collection, the provider will receive an email with the date when the batch will be collected. Collection is possible during office hours (08:00 - 17:00).
The buyer is given a code that they must bring with them when they collect the eggs. The seller enters this code on the EggsTrader website. From that moment on, the 72 hours in which the customer can carry out the necessary check starts.
The buyer passes on the measured quality in their dashboard on EggsTrader. Once this has been done, the seller will receive the money. If the buyer does not report the quality, the seller will still receive their money after 72 hours.

In order for the transfer to proceed as quickly and safely as possible for both parties, the customer must immediately transfer the amount due after completion of the purchase process.
Until the eggs have been handed over to the buyer, this amount is safely reserved in a third-party account. In the unlikely event that something goes wrong, the buyer will receive their money back immediately. In this way, the supplier and buyer are always protected.
