  • Change or remove certifications #

    Go to ‘Locations’ in your account. Here you can change or delete the certifications associated with the location(s) you specified.

  • Add certification to a location #

    Go to ‘locations’ in your account and add the certifications that apply to each location.

  • How do I change my location information? #

    Go to the ‘Locations’ header in your account. Here you can easily add, change and delete your location(s).

  • I want to delete my account #

    Do you no longer wish to do business with Eggstrader? Then you can cancel your account by sending an email to

  • My account has been blocked. #

    We will block your account if you fail to comply with our rules and conditions. When you login, do you receive a notification saying that your account has been blocked? Then you can no longer use your account.

  • Logging in and logging out #


    Logging into EggsTrader is very easy. Follow these steps: 

    1. Go to
    2. Click on the green ‘Login’ button in the top right corner
    3. Enter your email and password to login
    4. If you want to stay logged in, check the ‘Stay logged in for up to 7 days’ option
    5. Click on the ‘Login’ button again
    6. You are now logged in

    If you receive a message saying your account has been blocked, please visit this page.


    You can logout by following the steps below:

    1. When you are logged in, click on your name in the top right
    2. Then click on ‘Logout’
    3. You are now logged out
  • Change language #

    EggsTrader is currently available in English, Dutch and German.

    Click on the globe in the top right to change the language. (If you are on a mobile device, expand the menu first.)

    The website is now displayed in a different language. If you also want to change the language used for emails and other messages, follow these steps:

    1. Make sure you are logged in
    2. Click on your name in the top right
    3. Click on ‘My preferences’
    4. Select your preferred language in the left column
    5. Press the ‘Save’ button
